Wildcats Round Out Regular Season With Trip To Denver

DENVER, CO - Villanova women's lacrosse will play their last regular reason game  against Denver on Saturday. The game will start at 2 pm ET and 12pm MT.

The Wildcats are 10-5, 4-1 BE going into this game with Denver being 11-5, 4-1 BE.


The 'Cats come off a tough loss to Richmond 10-15. The Pioneers are on a three game win streak, taking down #9 Stanford 14-9, Colorado 9-8 and Butler 21-3, after an overtime loss to UConn 13-14.

In last years regular season match up, Villanova lost 8-11, with Sydney Pappas leading the team with four goals. They two teams last faced off in the BIG EAST Semifinals, with the Wildcats losing 7-19. Sami Carey totaled three goals.

Villanova is looking for their first win over Denver to break their 11 game losing streak.
