Career: Earned two BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll nods in 2025 (March 10, March 31) … Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2024 semester.
 
2025: Appeared in 41 games with 36 starts … Played 29 games in the designated hitter slot, nine in the outfield and three as pinch hitter … Tallied 29 hits, 18 runs, 22 RBI, six doubles and two home runs … Posted a career-best-tying three hits and a career-high five RBI vs. Delaware State (March 25) … Drew 26 walks, third-most among Wildcats … Maintained a .269 batting average, .433 on-base percentage and .380 slugging percentage.
 
The Calhoun School: Named to the NYCAL All-League First Team in 2022 and 2023 … As a Junior, posted a 0.633 batting average, 0.807 on-base percentage and 1.907 OBP … Four-year varsity starter.
 
Personal: Born 8/1/2005 in New York, NY … Son of Sylvia and Peter Freitag … Father, Peter, played college soccer at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1982 to 1983 … Chose Villanova for its excellent academic programs and to play high-level baseball.
