Plum was hired as an assistant coach in the Summer of 2020. She is a 2015 graduate of the University of Oregon, playing four years of collegiate volleyball as a setter. Plum was named an AVCA and Volleyball Magazine All-America First Teamer and PAC-12 setter of the year during her junior season. She is the Ducks all-time assist leader with 5,213 over her four years and holds three single season total assist records. During the 2012 season, Plum helped lead Oregon to the National Championship game and topped the nation in assists (13.37 per set) the entire season. After graduating with a business degree with an emphasis in sports marketing, Plum played six years of professional volleyball overseas in France, Puerto Rico and Germany. Her sister, Kelsey, is a guard for the Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA.Â
