Biography
2019: Hassinger concluded her career as a Wildcat in record fashion. The red-shirt senior started in all 18 contests and won a total of 132 draw controls which led both the team and conference. Hassinger’s 7.33 average per game ranked her 9th nationally and first in the conference. On top of leading the team in draw controls she also scored 24 goals, recorded two assists, caused 18 turnovers and collected 31 ground balls, leaving her second in both categories. Hassinger also moved up the list to first in all-time career draw controls (237) and single season draw controls where she holds the first (132 and second spots (87). The midfielder also earned BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week once, Weekly Honor Roll three times and a spot on the All-BIG EAST First Team.
2018: Started in all 16 games for the Wildcats. Hassinger contributed 11 goals and nine assists on the year for a total of 20 points. She collected a total of 18 ground balls and caused 16 turnovers. Hassinger also led the team with 83 draw controls. She recorded two goals a piece in the games against RU (3/13), UConn (4/4) and Temple (4/21).
2017: Appeared in 12 games for the Wildcats and scored one goal. Hassinger collected 12 ground balls, caused three turnovers and earned two draw controls.
2016: Made the starting lineup in all 17 games… Scored seven goals and tallied three assists on for 10 total points… Registered a goal and an assist against Bucknell (2/27) and Saint Joseph’s (3/23)…Ranked third on the team with 20 draw controls… Caused two turnovers against Rutgers (2/12) en route to cause a total of eight on the season.
2015: Did not see any action.
