Mary-Grace Testa

Mary-Grace Testa serves as an Associate Athletic Trainer at Villanova University, a position she has held since 2025. In addition to providing healthcare services for the Women's Basketball program, she oversees departmental AED maintenance and supports operations within the Davis Center Athletic Training Room.
 
Prior to joining Villanova, Testa served as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Oregon from 2023 to 2025, primarily working with the volleyball program. Before Oregon, she was an Athletic Trainer at Boise State University from 2021 to 2023, where she provided care for the women's basketball team. She began her collegiate athletic training career as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Oregon from 2019 to 2021, supporting club sports, track and field, and football.
 
Testa earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Rowan University in 2018 and a Master of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2021. During graduate school, she conducted original research examining the relationship between concussion and subsequent musculoskeletal injury in NCAA football student-athletes. She also served as a teaching assistant and anatomy laboratory instructor.
 
Her professional interests include manual therapy, lower extremity rehabilitation, women's health, and concussion management. Testa has completed advanced training and certifications in dry needling, myofascial decompression, blood flow restriction therapy, sports medicine emergency management, athlete load monitoring utilizing VERT and Kinexon technologies, and Mental Health First Aid.
