Appeared in five early season games for the Terrapins … Contributed four points and two rebounds in a Nov. 27 win over Bucknell … Set his career-highs in points scoring (six), in rebounds(five), and steals with one forced turnover against Canisius on Nov. 19 … Scored his first career points and picked up an assist against Florida A&M on Nov. 11 … Made his debut against Manhattan on Nov. 4, contributing with a blocked shot and three rebounds off the bench.

Son of Ashleigh and Brit … Has one sister, Ansley … Was chosen to play in the prestigious 50^th Annual Hoop Culture Capital Classic in April 2023 … Played the 2022-23 season at IMG Academy as part of their post-graduate national team … Averaged a double-double along with four blocks per game … Played at River Ridge High School as well as on the AAU circuit with the Atlanta Xpress before taking his postgraduate year at IMG Academy … Was a First Team All-Region selection as well as Second Team All-State honoree after averaging 15 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks … Played baseball as well … In addition to Maryland, was also recruited by Missouri, Vanderbilt, Pitt, N.C. State, and Rutgers.
