Sports Performance

Villanova Sports Performance serves all 24 varsity sports, providing individualized sport-specific training programs. The teams are trained year round by the strength and conditioning staff to improve speed, power, strength, and endurance. Ultimately, each student-athlete will achieve their maximum level of performance while reducing injuries through a specified training program.

Housed in the Howie Long Sports Performance Center, Villanova's sports performance staff consists of eight full-time sports performance coaches.
