Biography
Career: Kaval played in six games as a Wildcats, totaling two goals on five shots and three shots on goal. She also recorded a ground ball. Kaval opted out of the 2021 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2021: Did not participate in the 2021 season.
2020: Kaval did not see the field in her junior year.
2019: In her sophomore year, Kaval competed in two games. At attack she scored two goals and picked up one ground ball. Her two goals came in her team’s 17-5 victory over Butler (4/20) and she also saw action in the Wildcats’ 17-10 win against Old Dominion (4/6).
2018: As a freshman, Kaval saw action in the games against Bucknell (2/21), Drexel (3/10), Florida (4/8) and Butler (4/18).
Garden City High School: Kaval competed in field hockey, track and lacrosse during high school. She was named an Academic All-American in 2017. She joins high school teammate, Alexis Leighton.
Personal: Sarah is the daughter of Keith and Kristine Kaval. She has three sisters named Julia, Olivia and Grace.
