2022: In her senior season, started all 16 games. Named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team. Named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team. Scored 22 goals and dished out five assists. Totaled 17 draw controls and 12 caused turnovers at midfield. Had eight games with multiple goals. Fired off 11 shots in the season opener, scoring two goals and recording two ground balls and two draw controls. Had hat-tricks against Temple and George Washington in February. In conference play, she totaled eight goals in five games, while recording 10 draw controls and causing four turnovers. 

2021: As a junior, McKenna started all 17 games for the Wildcats. She was named First Tem All-BIG EAST. Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for her weekend performance against Marquette, totaling 10 points with five goals and assists. Against Georgetown and Marquette, the junior had six points in the first game of the series and had a season high seven in the opener against Wagner. Led Villanova in total shots (86), shots on goal (59) and tied for the team high of game winning goals (2) and free position goals (6). On the season McKenna recorded 29 goals and dished out 13 assists for 42 points.   

2020: McKenna appeared in seven games and made two starts in her sophomore year. She tallied six goals and one assist, won eight draw controls, picked up three ground balls and caused two turnovers.

2019: In her freshman year, McKenna was a valuable asset at the midfield. The rookie competed in all 18 contests for the Wildcats and scored one goal against Saint Joseph’s (3/2). She also collected 10 ground balls, caused five turnovers and won two draws.

Fairfield Warde High School: Four year letter winner in volleyball, basketball and lacrosse. McKenna was an All-FCIAC Honorable Mention and Second Team All-FCIAC recipient for volleyball. In lacrosse she was a two-time First Team All-State and First Team All-FCIAC winner, a two-time U.S. Lacrosse All-American, and a Second Team All-FCIAC recipient. During her time at Fairfield Warde she scored 142 career goals and left as the all time leader for career assists with 94.

Personal: McKenna was born May 3, 2000 in Bridgeport, Conn. She is the daughter of Mark and Carolyn McKenna. Mark played lacrosse at Fairfield University and Carolyn played at Le Moyne. McKenna is the sister to Kaitlin, Brooke and Jack. She chose Villanova because of the challenging academics and the amazing athletic programs she is fortunate enough to participate in.
