LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Villanova softball earned 14 athletes on this year's Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete list, seeing six student-athletes repeating the honor while eight players picked up their first career accolade.

The entire freshman class (Maddy Burns, Lexi Kobryn, Ava Mahnken, Jaclyn Morra and Sophia Mount) made an appearance on the list as Alexa Raphael, Maranda Runco and Brooklyn Ostrowski each tallied their first NFCA honor.

Kat Gallant, Madison Ostrowski and Lilly St. Jean earned the award for the second time in their careers with one season remaining at Villanova, and recent graduates Ava Franz and Kelsey White rounded out their four-year collegiate stints with a second laurel. 

Elaina Wagner is the lone Wildcat to receive the accolade for a third time after appearing on the list in her freshman and sophomore years as well.
