Rachel Hyman serves as the Director of Athletics Strategy and Finance, a position held since June 2024. In this role, Hyman conducts game-by-game financial reporting, event spending analysis and capital project funding management while functioning as the UNITAS budget liaison.
Prior to transitioning into the athletic department, she worked for the Villanova College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as the Financial Coordinator since January of 2022.
Hyman graduated from Ursinus College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics, and will be graduating from Villanova in May 2025 with a Master of Business Administration, concentrating in Strategic Management and Analytics.
