Megan Kilpatrick serves as the assistant director for athletics development at Villanova, a position she's been in since November of 2023. In this role, Kilpatrick serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management and planning of fundraising and engagement events and the VAF liaison for cheerleading, club sports, donor benefits and stewardship, Nova Points and the annual giving operations and strategy.
Prior to Villanova, Kilpatrick served as the director of operations for Virginia Tech women's lacrosse. Previously she spent time as an assistant lacrosse coach at her alma mater Coastal Carolina, while also functioning as the director of operations for Dustin Johnson Golf School.
Kilpatrick graduated from Coastal in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in recreation and sport management before earning a Master of Business Administration in August of 2020.Â
Megan was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team at Coastal Carolina, serving as a team captain and picking up a pair of first-team all-conference nods.
