Justin Mirenda serves as the assistant director of NIL strategy & operations, joining the staff in the summer of 2026.
Prior to his full-time role on the Villanova staff, Mirenda worked as the associate director for VU's NIL maximization partner Friends of Nova, specializing in student-athlete relations and business operations.
Previously, Justin worked as a manager and office assistant for the Villanova men’s basketball team. He also spent time with the Jalen Brunson Skills Academy, serving as a camp administrator.
Mirenda graduated from Villanova in 2023, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
He prides himself on his work ethic and willingness to help others, which has led to numerous relationships throughout collegiate and professional sports.
