Jon Blue

Chef Jon Blue is the executive chef for Villanova Athletics, a position he's held since July 2018. In this role, Blue serves as the lead chef for all catered events and football & basketball concessions in addition to managing the culinary staff and developing menus.

Prior to his time at Villanova, Chef Jon spent a year as the chef manager for West-Ward Pharmaceuticals in New Jersey, where he coordinated the organization's catered events. 

He's also functioned as the chef manager and sous chef of catering for Brulee Catering at The National Constitution Center, as well as the executive chef at both Charley's Other Brother & Camp Cayuga and Catering Sous Chef for Sodexo.

Blue graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in 2007, specializing in culinary management.
