Dominik Barczak is the coordinator of facilities and events, a position he's held since November of 2024. Barczak began as a full-time employee at Villanova in July 2024 as the equipment and event operations coordinator before accepting his current position.
Prior to his full-time role at Villanova, Barczak was an athletic facilities and operations intern where he oversaw 40 student workers and functioned as a secondary manager for VU men's and women's lacrosse.
Barczak previously worked an operations internship at the University of Pennsylvania and currently works as a game day staff member with the Philadelphia Union, assisting in all game setup and equipment management.
Barczak graduated from Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management, working as a facilities employee and gameday assistant in his time at TU.
