After wrapping up a five-year playing career with the VU softball program, Brooklyn Ostrowski was hired as a graduate manager on Bridget Orchard's staff and an academic support intern in August 2025.
Ostrowski, a five-year player at VU, joins the staff after a successful career with the Wildcats which saw the right-handed slugger hit 26 home runs (seventh all-time in program history) and make 120 starts at multiple positions.
During her time as a player with Villanova, the program made the NCAA Regional round three times after winning BIG EAST titles in 2021, 2022 and 2024. The New York native was selected as a team captain in her final campaign with the 'Cats.
In addition to her volunteer role with the softball program, Ostrowski will be serving as an intern in the academic support office as well as a resident assistant on campus while pursuing another graduate degree at VU. Ostrowski's younger sister Madison is entering her senior year with the Wildcats in 2025-26.
