CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS
Enters 2023-24 with one season of indoor eligibility remaining … Came to Villanova as a fifth year graduate transfer from Penn in 2022-23 and made an impact during the cross country and outdoor seasons … Scoring runner in cross country in all five of her starts in 2022, including being the Wildcats third finisher at both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional … Excelled in the 10000 meters outdoors where she was the BIG EAST runner-up to teammate Sadie Sigfstead and qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary meet for the first time in her career … Her personal best of 34:25.62 in the 10K recorded at the Penn Relays puts her seventh on Villanova’s all-time performance list in the event … Also recorded personal best times in both the 1500 meters (4:29.32) and the 3000 meters (9:34.72) in her first year with the Wildcats … Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in track and the BIG EAST All-Academic Team for the 2022-23 academic year ... Three-time member of the Athletic Direector's Honor Roll ... Prior to coming to Villanova she was a second-team All-Ivy performer in cross country at Penn and was named to the Academic All-Ivy Team in 2020 as well as to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in both cross country and track.

| NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION |
Silver medalist in the 3000 meters at the USATF U20 Championships in 2019 ... That performance earned her a spot on the United States team at the Pan American U20 Athletics Championships in Costa Rica later that summer where she earned a fourth place finish and was less than two seconds off of a medal finish.
University of Pennsylvania: Member of the cross country and track & field teams at Penn from 2018-22 ... Team captain of both squads ... Helped the Quakers win three Ivy League team titles during her undergraduate career ... At the time of her graduation ranked third in Penn's all-time indoor record book in the 5000 meters (16:29.53) and eighth in the 3000 meters (9:40.22) ... In the Quakers outdoor record book was ranked third in the 10000 meters (34:45.57) and 10th in the 3000 meters (9:37.94) ...
