Taya Diangelo is a 1999 graduate from San Diego University, and has a level II U.S. rowing coaching certification. She last was a volunteer assistant for the University of Pennsylvania rowing team from 2014-2017. Her duties involved coaching 50 Ivy League student-athletes and assisted the full-time coaches in day-to-day management. Previous to working at UPenn, she was an assistant coach at Germantown Academy (Fort Washington, Pa.) from 2007 to 2014. Diangelo also held the title of Regatta Manager for the Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia. In this role, she handled all managing registration duties for the Stotesbury Cup Regatta, which is the world's largest scholastic regatta. These duties included deadline reminders, eligibility requirements, accounts receivable and line-up changes.
