Villanova Career: Four-time BIG EAST Champion, winning two as an individual and two with a relay … Five-time All-BIG EAST performer … Fourth in program history for the 100 Breast (1:02.06) and 200 Breast (2:13.41).
 
2024-25: Part of bronze medal 400 Medley Relay team at BIG EAST Championships … Had a new personal best in the 200 IM (2:02.28) and logged season-bests in the 100 Breast (1:02.63) and 200 Breast (2:17.32); BIG EAST Championships (2/24-27): Swam breaststroke (1:03.44) for the bronze medal 400 Medley Relay team (3:41.23) … Touched fourth in the 100 Breast Championship Final (1:02.63); WVU/Duquesne (1/25): Touched third in 100 Breast (1:03.72) and was the breaststroke leg (29.41) for the A Team’s 200 Medley Relay win (1:42.95); Richmond (1/18): Led Villanova with a third-place showing in the 100 Breast (1:05.96); JMU (1/17): Top three in all four of her appearances … Finished second in the 100 Breast (1:06.16) and third in both the 200 Breast (2:23.07) and 200 IM (2:10.04) … Breaststroke for the A Team’s 200 Medley Relay win (1:44.88); Florida State (1/8): Placed third in the 100 Breast (1:05.28); WVU Invitational (11/20-22): Two A Final showings with a fourth-place 100 Breast (1:03.13) and a fifth-place 200 IM (2:03.87); La Salle (11/8): Won the 200 Breast (2:20.44); Penn (11/6): Touched first in the 100 Breast (1:05.11); Georgetown (10/26): First place in the 100 Breast (1:04.74); UConn (10/17): Finished third in both the 100 Breast (1:05.29) and 200 Breast (2:23.69).
 
2023-24: Season bests in the 500 Free (5:03.08), 100 Breast (1:04.04), 200 Breast (2:21.69); La Salle (11/4): Won the 100 Breast (1:05.45) and swam second leg (29.26) for the A team’s 200 Medley Relay win (1:45.01); Georgetown (10/28): Touched second in the 100 Breast (1:04.69) … Second leg (29.93) for the 200 Medley Relay second-place finish (1:44.91); UConn (10/21): Top three in all three events she competed in … Won the 200 Breast (2:21.69, personal best) and was third in the 1000 Free (10:36.57) … Third leg (24.92) for the B team’s third-place 200 Free Relay finish (1:38.07).
 
2022-23: Made an instant impact as a freshman, collecting four All-BIG EAST performances with four gold medals … Won nine events throughout her first season; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-25): Earned individual wins in the 100 Breast (1:02.13) and 200 Breast (2:13.41) … That 200 Breast marked a new personal best time … Swam breaststroke for both the winning 400 Medley Relay (3:42.13) and the 200 Medley Relay (1:40.48) with splits of 1:02.55 and 28.29, respectively; West Virginia (1/28): Finished in the top three in all four events … Was second in the 200 Breast (2:21.79) and third in both the 100 Breast (1:05.18) and 200 IM (2:09.12) … Swam breaststroke (1:04.85) for the A team’s third-place 400 Medley Relay (1:04.85); Penn State (1/27): Won the 100 Breast (1:04.42) and 200 Breast (2:18.83) … Swam lead-off (24.93) for the B Team’s second-place 200 Free Relay showing (1:41.06); Rutgers (1/21): Touched second in both the 200 Breast (2:19.41) and 200 IM (2:09.99) … Swam breast (29.48) for the A Team’s second-place 200 Medley Relay (1:45.74); Richmond (1/13): Won the 200 Brest (2:21.05) and was second in the 100 Breast (1:05.53) … Swam breast in the A team’s second-place finish (1:46.51); La Salle (11/22): Touched second in both the 100 Breast (1:03.58) and 200 Breast (2:16.49) … Breaststroke for the A team that won the 200 Medley Relay (1:43.21); WVU Invitational (11/17-19): Landed a pair of third-place showings in the 100 Breast (1:02.06) and the 200 Breast (2:14.92); Penn (11/9): Won the 100 Breast (1:05.07) and 200 Breast (2:20.79) … Swam breaststroke (29.39) for the A team’s second-place finish in the 200 Medley Relay (1:46.07); UConn (10/20): Opened her career with a pair of wins in the 100 Breast (1:04.56) and 200 Breast (2:21.32).

Club Swimming: State record-holder in the 4x100 Medley Relay … Both a Futures and a Winter Junior National Qualifier … Qualifier for Summer Junior National and a Futures Finalist.
 
Ann Arbor Pioneer: Named an All-Southeastern Conference and All-State swimmer in all four years of her high school career … Tabbed an All-American in both the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons … Part of the team that won the State Championship in both of those seasons, winning the 200 IM, 200 Medley Relay, 100 Breaststroke and 500 Free … An SEC record-holder during her career … Part of the National Honor Society as a senior while being a two-time USA Scholastic All-American to close her career … Also named to Academic All-SEC list.
 
Personal: Born March 9, 2004 in Ann Arbor, Mich. … One of two children to Jenny and Sam Jalet … Father, Sam, was a swimmer at UConn while mother, Jenny, swam at Michigan … Has a brother, Martin … Chose Villanova for its swimming traditions, location near the Philadelphia art scene and the close knit campus community … Majoring in Communications.
