Villanova Career: Won three individual titles at his first career BIG EAST Championships in 2021, where he was the champion in the 200 and 400 yard individual medleys as well as the 200 yard breaststroke … Set the program-record in that 200 breast race with a time of 2:00.26 … Fourth fastest performer in the 200 IM (1:49.51) and fifth in the 100 IM (54.06) … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team twice and has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for five semesters.
 
2023-24: Posted season bests in the 100 Breast (57.37), 200 Breast (2:03.41), 200 IM (1:51.44) and 400 IM (4:18.16); BIG EAST Championships (2/28-3/2): Made the Consolation Final in three events to score points for the ‘Cats … Touched second in that final for the 200 Breast in 2:03.41 to finish 10th overall … Third in the 200 IM B Final (1:51.44) to finish 11th; WVU Invitational (11/16-18): Qualified for the B Final in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:06.11, finishing 13th overall (2:06.18); Rider (11/1): Led Villanova in the 200 Breast, finishing second (2:07.99).
 
2022-23: BIG EAST Championships (2/22-25): Scored in three individual events, finishing as high as eighth in the 200 IM (1:50.26)  … West Virginia (1/28): Landed second in the 200 Breast (2:11.24) and third in the 200 IM (2:01.25) … Penn State (1/27): Touched third in the 200 Breast (2:11.32); Providence (1/14): Finished in the middle of Nova’s 1-2-3 sweep in the 200 IM, touching second in 1:56.65.
 
2021-22: BIG EAST Championships (2/23-26): Two-time individual scorer at the BIG EAST Championships … Finished ninth in the 400 IM (3:57.97) and 12th in the 200 IM (1:51.94); Penn State (1/28): Posted two top-four finishes, taking third in the 200 Breast (2:09.72) and fourth in the 200 IM (1:58.66); West Virginia (1/22): Swam to third place in the 200 Breast with a 2:09.72 time; Pittsburgh (1/20): Helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a fourth-place finish with a 27.70 split as the second leg … Also had fifth-place showings against the Panthers in the 100 Breast (1:01.80), 200 Breast (2:12.10) and 400 IM (4:18.42); Providence (1/15): Won the 200 Breast with a 2:23.42 time while also taking third in the 400 IM (4:43.96) and fifth in the 100 Free (54.92); La Salle (11/23): Was third in the 1000 Free (10:08.31) against La Salle and fifth in the 100 Back (54.28); WVU Invitational (11/18-20): Set a personal best in the 50 Free, clocking in at 21.70 during the 200 Free Relay … In that same meet, he was fifth in the 400 IM (4:00.39) and seventh in the 200 Breast (2:06.71); Penn (11/10): Finished third in both the 200 Breast (2:11.48) and 400 IM (4:18.66); NJIT (11/5): Finished no lower than third in all four events he swam in, winning the 200 Breast (2:08.63), third in both the 1000 Free (10:00.92) and 200 IM (1:57.54) and was the second leg with a 27.13 split in the second-place crew of the 200 Medley Relay; Georgetown (10/30): Had a pair of top-three finishes, taking second in the 200 IM (1:58.93) and third in the 200 Breast (2:11.75).
 
2020-21: Burst onto the collegiate scene as a freshman and was a three-time individual champion at the BIG EAST Championships … Accounted for 60 team points and helped Villanova finish second overall at the conference meet … Won titles in the 200 yard individual medley, the 400 yard individual medley and the 200 yard breaststroke … Recorded personal best times in the final of each event … Moved up in the final after ranking second or third in the preliminary heats in each of his events … Won the 200 IM in 1:49.51 on the second night of the BIG EAST meet, captured the 400 IM with a time of 3:52.21 on the third night and went 3-for-3 with a winning time of 2:00.26 in the 200 breast on the final night of the championships … In the 200 IM he moved up two spots from third in the prelims … In the 400 IM he cut five seconds off his time from the prelims to the final … Earlier in the year he swam in all four of the Wildcats regular season meets and tallied five individual victories … Double winner in the 200 IM (1:55.67) and the 200 breast (2:06.97) against Seton Hall … Won the 200 IM (1:54.96) against Drexel and the 200 breast versus both Delaware (2:08.65) and Loyola (Md.) (2:09.60) … In the Delaware meet he also came in second in both the 200 IM (1:56.80) and the 1000 yard freestyle in which he posted a time of 9:55.49 … Came in fourth in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:00.32 against Drexel and anchored the “B” lineup in the 200 yard medley relay to a fourth place finish in 1:37.45 … Runner-up in the 100 breast with a time of 58.96 versus Seton Hall … Came in third in the 200 IM (1:58.48) and fourth in the 100 breast (1:00.61) against Loyola (Md.) in addition to swimming the second leg of the 400 yard medley relay … Had a split of 57.13 on the 100 yard breaststroke leg of the relay and Villanova came in second in the race in 3:29.44.
 
Club Swimming: Seven-time finalist at the YMCA National Championships, including top-eight finishes in both the 200 yard breaststroke and the 400 yard individual medley … Swam for the Westport Water Rats and the Wilton Wahoo club teams and holds records for both clubs … Has dual citizenship in the United States and Ireland, and was a bronze medal winner in the 400 yard individual medley at the 2019 Irish Short Course National Championships … Elected as the USA Swimming athlete representative by Connecticut Swimming … Member of the first place team in the Swim Across the Sound event … IMX winner five consecutive years … Earned the high point award for a record nine consecutive years at SGC in the Fairfield County Swim League.
