Villanova Career: Saw three event appearances in his first season on the Main Line.
2024-25: Saw season bests in the 50 Free (23.00), 100 Fly (50.23) and 200 Fly (1:51.27); Drexel (1/31): Led Villanova in the 200 Fly, touching second (1:553.24); WVU Invitational (11/20-22): Landed an A Final appearance in the 200 Fly, finishing seventh (1:52.93); Providence (11/9): Won the 200 Meter Fly in 1:53.84 … Butterfly leg for the A team’s 400 Meter Medley Relay win (3:27.03); La Salle (11/8): Finished second in the 200 Fly (1:54.72) and third in the 200 IM (1:58.29); NJIT (11/1): Won the 100 Fly (50.58) and touched second in the 200 Fly (1:53.24); Rider (10/31): Had a pair of second-place finishes in the 200 Fly (1:48.73) and 100 Fly (50.32); Georgetown (10/26): Won the 100 Fly (50.55) and was second in the 200 Fly (1:52.86).
High School: Arquillano cemented his spot as one of the best breaststroke swimmers in Milford High School history, setting the school record in the 100 Breast in 2021. While swimming on the varsity team, he was on the Dean's and Principal's List and earned High Honors all four years.
Personal: Born 12/31/2005 in Milford, Mass. …. Is the son of Wilson Juven Presas and Melah Janye Labuca Arquillano. He is the brother to Wielz Jehuven Labuca Arquillano. He chose Villanova because of the amazing academics but also the amazing atmosphere and how inviting the team was. It was the perfect environment for him to excel in the pool and classroom.
