Villanova Career: Competed for the Wildcats from 2018-21 and had the majority of his success in the breaststroke and individual medley events … Four-time All-BIG EAST performer and a nine-time BIG EAST scorer overall … His all-conference honors included top-three finishes as a senior in both the 100 and 200 yard breaststroke … Also was a part of All-BIG EAST teams in the 200 yard medley relay his sophomore year and the 400 yard medley relay as a senior … During his collegiate career was a three-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and a six-time selection to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2020-21: Was the Wildcats top performer of the season in the 100 yard breaststroke and had the team’s second-fastest time in both the 200 yard breaststroke and the 200 yard individual medley … Earned All-BIG EAST honors in both breaststroke events as well as in the 400 yard medley relay … Added a fourth place finish in the 200 IM at the BIG EAST Championships … During the conference meet recorded personal best times in all three of his individual events … Came in second in the final of the 200 breast with a PR of 2:01.36 and moved up three spots from the preliminaries when he was fifth overall in 2:03.49 … Recorded the fastest times in the prelims of both the 100 breast and the 200 IM when he recorded personal bests of 55.57 (100 breast) and 1:49.83 (200 IM) … Went on to finish third in the 100 breast (55.75) and fourth in the 200 IM (1:51.13) … Swam the second leg of the 400 yard medley relay and had a split of 55.96 on the 100 yard breaststroke leg of the race as the Wildcats tallied a third place finish with a time of 3:20.61 … Swam in all four regular season meets during the year … In the season opener versus Delaware swam legs of the runner-up 200 yard medley relay (1:47.48) and 400 yard freestyle relay (3:16.75) while finishing fifth in the 100 breast (1:01.37) and sixth in the 200 breast (2:22.53) … In a home meet against Drexel was the runner-up in the 200 IM (1:57.14) and finished third in the 100 breast (59.32) while swimming the breaststroke leg of the 200 medley relay on the Wildcats “B” lineup in the race … Came in second in the 200 IM (1:57.41) as well as fourth in both the 100 breast (59.32) and the 200 breast (2:10.75) versus Seton Hall in addition to swimming in the “B” lineup of the 200 medley relay … Placed fifth in the 100 breast (1:01.18), sixth in the 200 breast (2:20.27) and sixth in the 200 IM (2:06.38) while swimming in the “B” lineup of the 400 yard medley relay at Loyola (Md.).
2019-20: Scored in three individual events at the BIG EAST Championships, including qualifying for the ‘A’ final in both the 200 yard and the 400 yard individual medley … His best finish was a fifth place result in the final of the 200 IM in which he notched a season-best time of 1:50.32 … Came in eighth in the final of the 400 IM after ranking seventh in the preliminary round with a season-best mark of 3:59.46 … Finished 10
th in both the preliminaries and the final of the 200 yard breaststroke … His time of 2:03.68 in the heats was a season best … His other fastest time during the season was 1:00.34 in the 100 yard breaststroke against Georgetown … Swam the breaststroke leg of the 200 yard medley relay on eight occasions as well as twice in the 400 yard medley relay … Part of a first place finish in the 200 medley relay at La Salle … Also tallied a first place finish in the 100 breast, was third in the 200 breast and placed fourth in the 200 IM at the La Salle meet.
2018-19: Earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the Wildcats lineup in the 200 yard medley relay at the conference championships … Swam the breaststroke leg of the relay with a split of 25.93 and Villanova tied for third in the race with 1 time of 1:30.62 … Scored in all three of his individual events at the BIG EAST meet … Came in ninth in the final of the 400 yard individual medley with a season-best time of 3:59.52 … Placed 11
th in both the 200 yard individual medley and the 200 yard breaststroke … His time in the final of the 200 breast (2:04.72) was his best of the season, while his top time in the 200 IM was 1:52.48 in the preliminary heats … His other season bests were 51.20 in the 100 yard butterfly, 1:58.46 in the 200 yard butterfly and 58.38 in the 100 yard breaststroke at the Bruno Invitational, as well as 1:49.34 in the 200 yard freestyle against Penn … Tallied a runner-up finish in the 200 IM against Connecticut … Came in third in both the 200 breast and the 200 IM against Providence … Finished second in both the 100 breast and the 200 IM, as well as third in the 200 breast against Penn State.
Club Swimming: Competed for the Biloxi Elite Swim Team from 2013-17 … Set an age group (13-14) state record in the 200 meter long course breaststroke with a time of 2:34.99 in 2014.
