Villanova Career: Helped Villanova extend its streak of BIG EAST Championships to 12 straight in her time on the Main Line by scoring points in six events she has swam in … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team in 2021-22 and has made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for five semesters.
 
2024-25: Saw season bests in the 100 Breast (1:04.46), 200 Breast (2:22.97) and 200 IM (2:05.62); WVU Invitational (11/20-22): Made the B Final in the 200 Breast (15^th - 2:23.71),100 Breast (10^th – 1:04.46) and 400 IM (13^th – 4:32.28); Georgetown (10/26): Led Villanova in the 200 IM with a third-place finish (2:10.54).
 
2023-24: Recorded season best times in the 100 Breast (1:05.09), 200 Breast (2:23.55) and 200 IM (2:08.36); Rutgers (1/20): Went 55.13 as the second leg for the C team’s third-place finish in the 400 Free Relay (3:42.15).
 
2022-23: Scored points in three events at the league meet, recording two personal bests along the way; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-25): Made the Championship Final in the 200 Breast after recording a personal-best time of 2:20.11 in the prelims … Saw a new personal best in the 200 IM, touching in 2:06.14; West Virginia (1/28): Led-off the B team in the 200 Free Relay with a 25.67 split, helping the team to a third-place time of 1:42.30; Rutgers (1/21): Touched third in the 200 IM with a time of 2:12.78.

Club Swimming: Competed for the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County from ages 11-17 … Recorded seven YMCA national qualifying times during those years and was an ‘A’ finalist at the Long Course Nationals in the 50, 100 and 200 yard breaststroke.
 
Ranney School: Earned four varsity letters as a member of the swimming & diving team during her scholastic career … Set school records in the 100 breast and the 200 IM in addition to being a part of a school record 200 free relay team … Team captain as a junior … Named her school’s Female Athlete of the Year as a junior and was inducted to the National Athletics Honor Society as a senior … Her high school academic studies included Honors English, Honors Biology and Honors Anatomy and Physiology courses.
 
Personal: Born 7/10/03 in Long Branch, N.J. … Youngest of four children of Michael and Lorraine Zimmermann … Has three older siblings: Ali (29), Donny (27) and Madison (19) … Father was a college swimmer at Clemson and competed in the breaststroke, individual medley and freestyle events … Enjoys surfing, traveling and listening to music in her spare time … Chose to attend Villanova for its outstanding academics and the strength of the swimming & diving program … Noted the University’s amazing alumni network and accepting community as factors in deciding to enroll … Plans to major in Nursing.
