Villanova Career: Became the eighth-fastest 200 Back performer in his debut season with a time of 1:48.50.
2024-25: Saw season bests in the 50 Free (22.15), 100 Back (50.96), 200 Back (1:48.50) and 500 Free (4:34.96); BIG EAST Championships (2/24-27): Posted personal bests in prelims of the 200 Back (1:48.50) and 500 Free (4:34.96).
High School: Farrell swam four years of varsity swimming at Green Hope High School and was a 12-year member for TAC Titans. He was a part of a Green Hope team that won the NCHSAA 4A in his freshman and sophomore years and was a state finalist as a junior and senior. He also garnered NISCA All-American honors as a junior and a sophomore, earning three such plaudits.
Personal: Born 01/23/2006 in Cary, N.C. …. Is the son of Jim and Melanie Farrell. Has two siblings, Grace and Carter Farrell. He chose Villanova because of the connection within the team and the coaching and he wants to be apart of the University's long tradition of success in both athletics and academics
