Villanova Career: Three-time All-BIG EAST performer and two-time BIG EAST Champion in her freshman season … Etched her name throughout the record book, setting a program record in the 200-medley relay while ranking second all-time in the 100 fly and 400 medley relay, and seventh in the 200 fly.
2025-26: Seton Hall: Placed second in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 25.17 split) and second in the 100 back (59.79); UConn: Won the 100 fly (55.63) and finished third in both the 200 medley relay (butterfly 24.97 split) and 400 free relay (53.56 split); Georgetown: Won the 100 fly (54.73) and placed third in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 24.85 split) and 200 fly (2:03.66); La Salle: Took second in the 100 fly (55.19) and second in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 24.36 split); Penn: Finished third in the 200 free relay (24.81 split); UNF: Placed third in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 25.49 split); Richmond: Took second in the 100 fly (56.52) and third in the 200 fly (2:04.64); James Madison: Won the 100 fly (55.40); Pittsburgh: Finished third in the 100 fly (53.92) and the 400 medley relay (3:43.11); WVU/Duquesne: Won the 100 fly (54.10), placed second in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 24.46 split), and third in the 200 fly (2:01.31); BIG EAST Championships: Earned gold in the 200 medley relay (butterfly 23.97 split) and the 100 fly (53.45, PB), took silver in the 400 medley relay (butterfly 53.22 split), and recorded personal bests in the 100 back (57.03, prelims) and 200 fly (1:59.88).
High School- Kilponen was a four-year varsity swimmer at Kinnelon High School, where she established herself as one of the program’s standout athletes. A Long Course YMCA champion in both the 50 and 100 butterfly, she also contributed to titles in the 200 and 400 medley relays as the team’s butterfly leg. Kilponen holds relay records at both Kinnelon High School and Lakeland Hills YMCA in the 200 and 400 medley events. Her excellence in the pool earned her All-American honors during both her junior and senior seasons.
Personal- Born 09/07/2007 in Kinnelon, …Daughter of Todd and Linda Kilponen. She chose Villanova because of the team culture and the history of success with Villanova swimming. Also, the nursing program at Villanova.
