2018-19: In his third year, Kelley swam in 11 events competing primarily in the backstroke and freestyle. At the BIG EAST Championships, he participated in seven events including the 50-freestyle, 100-backstroke, 200-backstroke, the 200 and 400-medley relays and 200 and 400-freestyle relays. His time in the 50-freestyle earned him a new personal best in the event after clocking in at 20.85. Both of Kelley’s backstroke events set season bests. In the 100-back he recorded a time of 48.64 and in the 200-back he clocked in at 1:47.98. His squad’s 200-free relay (1:22.70), 400-free relay (3:04.26), 200-medley relay (1:30.62) and 400-medley (3:19.30) times marked season bests for him this year. He was also named to the All-BIG EAST Team for his performance in the 200-medley relay. He was also named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team for the second time.

2017-18: Kelley was named to the All-BIG EAST Team for the second time for his performance in the 200 and 400-yard medley relay, the 200-IM and 100-back. He secured a first-place finish in the 100-backstroke as he touched the wall at 48.56, which also broke his previous individual record. Kelley also recorded new top times in the 100-free, 200-back and 200-IM. Against West Virginia he recorded a time of 47.25 in the 100-free and at the BIG EAST Championships he recorded a 1:47.20 finish in the 200-back and a time of 1:49.26 in the 200-IM. At the championships he was also part of the 200-yard medley relay team that recorded a time of 1:28.53 and set a new program record and a first-place finish. The 400-yard medley relay team also finished first with a time of 3:14.70 and set a program record.

2016-17: Named to the All-BIG EAST Team for his performances in the 200-yard backstroke, 200-yard medley relay, and 400-yard medley relay at the BIG EAST Championships…Part of the 200-yard medley relay team that set a school record with a time of 1:29.26 at the meet…Won the 200-yard backstroke at the BIG EAST Championships, touching the wall at 1:46.56…Placed fourth in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 49.62…Finished in fifth place in the “B” final and 13^thoverall in the 200-yard IM at the meet with a time of 1:52.58…Selected as the BIG EAST Male Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week on Jan. 17.
