2024-25: Posted season-bests in the 50 Free (24.01), 100 Free (51.76), 100 Back (56.83) and 100 Fly (55.66); JMU (1/17): Third in the 100 Back (59.37) and second in the 100 Fly (57.70); La Salle (11/8): Saw a trio of top-three finishes … Second in the 100 Back (59.54) and third in the 100 Free (54.00) … Part of the 200 Medley Relay A Team’s win (1:45.73); UConn (10/17): Finished third in the 100 Fly (57.50) … Helped the 400 Free Relay A team to a win (3:31.15).
 
2023-24: All-BIG EAST performer in first season with a third-place 400 Free Relay … Season highs in the 50 Free (24.22), 100 Free (50.95), 100 Back (56.40) and 100 Fly (54.83);  BIG EAST Championships (2/28-3/2): All-BIG EAST performer in the 400 Free Relay, posting a 51.22 second leg in the team’s third-place finish (3:23.77); Penn State (2/3): Led Villanova in the 100 Free with a third-place finish (52.43) … Swam a third-leg 24.11 in the 200 Free Relay A team’s second-place finish (1:36.53); WVU/Iowa State (1/27): Swam lead-off (52.36) in the A team’s second-place 400 Free Relay (3:26.63); Rutgers (1/20): Won the 100 Free (52.54) … Lead off (52.76) in the 400 Free Relay, helping the A team to a 3:30.36 win; Richmond (1/12): Won the 100 Free (52.37) and was third in the 100 Back (57.72) … Part of two top-three relays, swimming a lead-off 58.44 for the 400 Medley Relay third-place finish from the B team (3:53.90) and was the anchor (23.75) for the A team’s 200 Free Relay second-place showing (1:36.41); Penn (11/8): Won the 100 Fly (57.20) and touched third in the 100 Free (52.91) … Helped the A team to a 400 Free Relay win (3:33.67) with a 53.46 lead-off … Was third leg (25.12) for the A team’s 200 Medley Relay second-place finish (1:44.91); La Salle (11/4): Second in the 100 Fly (56.98) … Swam a third-leg time of 25.27 in the A team’s 200 Medley Relay win (1:45.01); Georgetown (10/28): Finished third in the 100 Free (53.06) … Part of two second-place A team relays … Third leg (24.91) for the 200 Medley Relay (1:44.91) and the anchor (53.06) for the 400 Free Relay (3:30.68); UConn (10/21): Second in the 100 Free (52.77) and third in the 50 Free (24.69) … Swam a third-leg 24.03 in the A team’s 200 Free Relay win (1:36.36) and was third leg (57.50) for the A team’s second place 400 Medley Relay (3:52.99).

Haddonfield High School: Four-year letter winner in sprint freestyle and butterfly… 2022 All-American in the 50 yard freestyle… 2022 First in all conference… Holds records in the 100 yard freestyle, 100 yard butterfly, 50 yard freestyle, 400 free relay, and 200 free relay… Won four consecutive NJSIAA team State Champions… Most Outstanding Swimmer… Most Valuable Swimmer… 2020 Rookie of the year…  Two-year member of the National honors society and Spanish honors society…
 
Personal: Born 2/6/2005 in Haddonfield, NJ … Daughter of Mike and Tammy McHale… Has one sister, Julia… Tammy McHale (Mother) swam backstroke and sprint freestyle at Villanova (1992-1996)… Chose to attend Villanova for the amazing academics, athletics, and sense of community.…Declared major in Business.
