2018: Tallied personal best marks in four events, including the heptathlon, during the season ... Contributed to the Wildcats team title at the BIG EAST Championships by scoring in the heptathlon ... Competed at a total of six meets during the season; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Came in third in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.51 and placed sixth in the long jump with a mark of 6.25 meters at the season opener; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Finished ninth in the long jump with a distance of 6.16 meters and posted a time of 7.83 in the preliminary heats of the 60 meters; Columbia Challenge (1/26): Competed in the unseeded section of both the 60 meters and the 60 meter hurdles ... Recorded a personal best time of 9.22 in the preliminary heats of the hurdles and registered a time of 7.74 in the heats of the 60 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Recorded times of 7.77 in the 60 meters and 9.30 in the 60 meter hurdles ... Was tied for sixth in the field of competitors in the hurdles after the preliminary heats; FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Recorded a time of 9.26 in the preliminaries of the hurdles; BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Tallied the fourth-highest heptathlon score in school history with a personal best 4,268 points ... Came in seventh to score team points as the Wildcats won the conference title for the fourth time in five seasons ... Registered personal best marks in the pole vault and the shot put during the heptathlon competition ... Opened up on the first day of the meet by recording a time of 7.72 in the 60 meters, a distance of 6.16 meters in the long jump, a throw of 10.62 meters in the shot put and a height of 1.80 meters in the high jump ... Was tied for fourth in the field of competitors in the high jump and fifth in the shot put ... On the second day of competition had a time of 9.27 in the 60 meter hurdles, cleared the bar at 3.40 meters in the pole vault and recorded a time of 2:55.42 in the 1000 meters.

2017: Appeared at six meets during the season and completed two heptathlons as he debuted in the multi events ... Scored in the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Championships in a successful conclusion to the indoor campaign; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Runner-up in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 10.13 ... Recorded a personal best time of 2:55.10 and finished 11th in the 1000 meters ... Came in sixth in  the long jump with a mark of 6.08 meters; Fast Times Before Finals Meet (12/9-12/10): Came in ninth in his first career heptathlon with a score of 3,866 points ... On the first day of competition ranked fifth in the field of competitors with a long jump of 5.90 meters and was sixth with a high jump of 1.79 meters ... His other marks on day one were a time of 7.67 in the 60 meters and a throw of 9.56 meters in the shot put ... Had a time of 10.01 in the 60 meter hurdles, a height of 3.10 meters in the pole vault and a time of 3:02.07 in the 1000 meters on the second day; Gotham Cup (1/20): Recorded a mark of 5.89 meters in the long jump; Villanova Open (1/27): Came in eighth in the high jump with a height of 1.82 meters ... Also posted times of 7.75 in the 60 meters and 9.64 in the 60 meter hurdles while competing in the preliminary heats of each event; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Posted times of 7.65 in the 60 meters and 9.70 in the hurdles in addition to clearing the bar at 1.84 meters in the high jump; BIG EAST Championships (2/24-2/25): Scored five team points by recording a fourth place finish in the heptathlon ... Scored 4,151 points in the competition ... Started and finished strong on the first day of competition ... Opened the heptathlon by recording a personal best time of 7.61 meters and closed day one by leading the field of competitors with a height of 1.82 meters in the high jump ... In between had a long jump of 6.17 meters and threw the shot put for 9.54 meters ... Came in fourth in the field in each of the three events on day two of competition ... Posted a time of 9.63 in the 60 meter hurdles, had a successful attempt at 3.30 meters in the pole vault and ran the 1000 meters in 2:56.05.

2016: Competed three times during the year and earned All-BIG EAST honors in the high jump; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Made his collegiate debut by clearing a height of 1.84 meters in the high jump; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Came in 11th in the high jump with a height of 1.88 meters and finished 16th in the long jump with a distance of 5.82 meters at the Wildcats home meet; BIG EAST Championships (2/27): Recorded a personal best height of 1.95 meters in the high jump ... Was the runner-up at the conference meet, scoring eight team points and earning his first career all-conference honor.

2019: Competed twice in the high jump and scored at the BIG EAST Championships for the third time in his career; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Cleared the bar at a height of 1.89 meters to tally an eighth place finish in his first competition of the year; BIG EAST Championships (5/10): Came in seventh in the high jump with a height of 1.86 meters ... One of four Villanova scorers in the high jump whose contributions helped the Wildcats win the BIG EAST team title and finish off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets.

2018: Competed at four meets during the season and scored a team point in the high jump at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/24): Came in eighth in the long jump with a mark of 6.33 meters at the outdoor season opener; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Came in fifth in the high jump with a season-best height of 1.89 meters and was also eighth in the long jump with a distance of 5.98 meters; Lions Invitational (4/28): Posted marks of 1.85 meters in the high jump and 6.06 meters in the long jump; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Cleared the bar at a height of 1.81 meters in the high jump to score a team point at the conference meet.

2017: Competed twice each in the 110 meter hurdles and the long jump during the season; Penn Challenge (3/25): Posted a time of 19.07 in the 110 meter hurdles and recorded a distance of 6.03 meters in the long jump at the first outdoor meet of the season; Lions Invitational (4/29): Recorded a personal best mark of 6.35 meters in the long jump; BIG EAST Championships (5/12): Ran in the preliminary heats of the 110 meter hurdles at the conference meet, where he placed 10th overall with a personal best time of 16.90.

2016: Competed in the high jump three times during the outdoor campaign and scored in the event at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/26): Came in seventh in the high jump with a height of 1.88 meters to open the season; Lions Invitational (4/30): Cleared a height of 1.82 meters in the high jump; BIG EAST Championships (5/13): Recorded the top outdoor mark of his career with a height of 1.92 meters in the high jump ... His effort was good for a sixth place finish at the conference meet.

Danbury High School: Earned a total of eight varsity letters in track & field, including four each for both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Three-time all-state and FCIAC all-conference selection during his career ... Named to the Connecticut Indoor Track All-Star Team as a senior ... Indoor state LL champion as a sophomore and a senior ... Champion at the New York Relays as a senior ... Team captain both indoors and outdoors his senior year ... School record holder in the high jump both indoors and outdoors ... Achieved High Honors status academically as a senior.
