2019: Appeared at five meets during the season ... Scored in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships for the fourth straight year; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Came in 16th in the shot put with a throw of 13.44 meters at the indoor season opener; Gotham Cup (1/18): Recorded a ninth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 14.21 meters; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25): Measured a season-best throw of 14.98 meters in the shot put and came in 14th overall; FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Competed in the invitational section of the shot put and tallied a 12th place finish with a mark of 14.15 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/23): Came in fifth in the shot put with a mark of 14.47 meters at the conference meet ... Scored team points towards the Wilcats winning their fifth BIG EAST team title in the last six seasons.

2018: Competed in the shot put six times during the season and earned All-BIG EAST honors for the first time in his career; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Tallied a first place finish with a winning mark of 15.68 meters at the indoor season opener; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Came in seventh at the meet with a throw of 15.20 meters; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Recorded a fourth place finish with a distance of 15.58 meters; Columbia Challenge (1/26): Competed in the college section of the meet and recorded a throw of 14.11 meters to finish 11th in his section; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Runner-up at the Wildcats home meet with a mark of 15.10 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Came in third in the shot put with a throw of 15.12 meters ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the event and contributed to the Wildcats winning their fourth BIG EAST team title in the past five seasons.

2017: Completed exclusively in the shot put at six meets during the indoor campaign ... Scored team points at the BIG EAST Championships; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Finished first in the shot put with a mark of 15.37 meters at the first meet of the season; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Recorded a 12th place finish with a throw of 14.11 meters; Gotham Cup (1/20): Came in ninth with a mark of 14.93 meters; Villanova Open (1/27): Tallied a personal best mark of 15.93 meters in the shot put and finished third at the Wildcats home meet; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Finished seventh at the meet with a mark of 15.03 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/25): Came in fifth in the shot put with a distance of 15.03 meters.

2016: Threw the shot put seven times during the season and scored team points in the event at the BIG EAST Championships; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/5): Made his collegiate debut with a third place finish and a throw of 13.47 meters; Villanova Open (1/8): Posted a 10th place finish and had a mark of 12.65 meters; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Recorded a throw of 12.61 meters; Covert Classic (1/30): Came in fifth with a throw of 13.95 meters in a meet at Lehigh; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Came in 15th with a measurement of 13.22 meters; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Posted a 15th place finish with a mark of 13.57 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/27): Registered a season-best mark of 14.48 meters and finished in seventh place at the conference meet.
 

2019: Was an All-BIG EAST performer in the shot put for the second straight year and notched the top mark of his collegiate career at the conference championships ... Competed five times during the season and threw for over 15 meters four times; Penn Challenge (3/23): Opened the season with a throw of 14.55 meters and a sixth place finish in the shot put at Penn; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Recorded a threw of 15.21 meters and came in sixth in his section of the shot put at Princeton; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Finished sixth at the meet with a mark of 15.38 meters; Penn Relays (4/26): Competed in the college section of the shot put and threw for a distance of 15.81 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Runner-up in the shot put with a throw of 15.96 meters ... Tallied the best mark of his collegiate career in his final meet ... Became the second thrower in school history to be a three-time All-BIG EAST performer in the shot put, joining Robert McDade ... His performance on the final day of the conference meet helped Villanova win the BIG EAST team title and finish off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets.

2018: Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the shot put ... Competed at a total of five meets during the season; Penn Challenge (3/24): Came in sixth in the shot put with a throw of 14.66 meters ... Recorded a personal best mark of 40.60 meters in the discus and notched a 10th place finish; Colonial Relays (4/6): Came in ninth in the championship section of the shot put with a mark of 14.97 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Came in seventh in the shot put with a distance of 15.66 meters; Penn Relays (4/27): Competed in the college section of the meet and came in 16th in the shot put with a season-best throw of 15.75 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/12): Recorded his best career BIG EAST finish in the shot put with a runner-up result ... Threw for a distance of 15.41 meters and earned All-BIG EAST recognition for his performance.

2017: Saw action at three meets in the shot put and scored in the event at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/25): Came in fifth in the shot put with a mark of 14.80 meters at the season-opening meet; Sam Howell Invitational (4/8): Came in ninth in the shot put with a season-best mark of 15.83 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/13): Finished sixth in the shot put and threw for a distance of 14.65 meters.

2016: Appeared at seven meets during the outdoor campaign, throwing the shot put six times and the discus four times ... Scored team points in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/26): Thew for distances of 13.23 meters in the shot put and 36.32 meters in the discus; Colonial Relays (4/1): Came in seventh in the unseeded section of the shot put with a throw of 14.22 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/9):  Placed seventh in the shot put (14.48m); Princeton Outdoor Invite (4/15-4/16): Came in 10th in the shot put (14.77m) and 13th in the discus (32.94m); Penn Relays (4/29): Competed in the college section of the shot put and recorded a mark of 14.15 meters; Lions Invitational (4/30): Recorded a discus throw of 36.04 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/14): Scored in the shot put with a seventh place finish and a mark of 14.29 meters ... Also came in 11th in the discus with a mark of 33.82 meters.

Adlai E. Stevenson High School: Competed in the shot put and the discus for three years on the track & field team, and was a two-year starting center on the football team ... Winner of the North Suburban Conference Sportsmanship Award in football as a senior, and was also a North Suburban honorable mention all-conference selection ... Competed as an unattached athlete at the AAU Junior Olympics in 2014 and placed eighth in the shot put ... Graduated with High Honors status academically ... Selected to the North Suburban Conference All-Academic Team in track as both a junior and a senior.
