BEFORE VILLANOVA

Pomona-Pitzer: Division III indoor national champion in the mile as a senior in 2024 … Became the 20^th men’s track & field athlete for the Sagehens to win a national title … Posted a winning time of 4:04.23 in the championship race after coming in second overall in the preliminary heats a day earlier … Four-time Division III All-American with four career top-four NCAA finishes … Runner-up at the NCAA Championships in the mile indoors in 2023 and the 800 meters outdoors in 2024 … Also tallied a fourth place outdoor finish in the 800 meters in 2023 … Four-time SCIAC individual champion outdoors … Won two gold medals each in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters, including pulling off a double in those events in 2023 … Won his first SCIAC championship in the 800 meters in 2022 and added another in the 1500 meters in 2024 … Member of two 4x400 meter relay teams which won conference medals (silver in 2023, bronze in 2022) … His lifetime best marks in the 800 meters (1:48.08) and the mile (4:00.33) came during his senior year.
