Villanova Univeristy Athletics

A new face at Villanova this season is Garret Lynn who begins his first year as an offensive assistant on the coaching staff. Lynn will work with the team’s tight ends. He comes to the Wildcats from Pace where he spent last season as the defensive line coach.
 
Lynn began his coaching career at his alma mater, Sacred Heart, where he was the assistant defensive line coach, video coordinator and junior varsity defensive coordinator for the 2024 season. He was a tight end during his playing days for the Pioneers and earned a scholarship after beginning his career as a walk-on. Lynn was a part of three Northeast Conference championship teams during his playing career.
 
Lynn earned his Bachler of Science in Business Management and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sacred Heart.
