Top Dives:
One-Meter Dive -- 238.12 (1/16/19 La Salle)
Three-Meter Dive -- 267.37 (2/2/18 at Penn State)

2019-20: Swindal capped off his diving career at Villanova in 2019-20. His top score in the one-meter dive came against Princeton (234.08) and his top score in the three-meter came against Connecticut (249.23). At BIG EAST Championships, Swindal took fourth in the three-meter dive with a score of 496.20. He took sixth in the three-meter dive (428.45).

2018-19: During his junior year, he competed at eight events in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives, including the 2019 BIG EAST Championships. At the championship he placed third in the 1-meter with a final score of 454.10 and he placed fourth in the 1-meter with a final score of 499.20. Swindal was named to the All-BIG EAST Team for his performance in the 1-meter dive. In the regular season he posted a new personal best in the 1-meter with his score of 238.12 against La Salle and he recorded a season best against La Salle in the 3-meter with a score of 256.28.

2017-18: Competed in seven meets during his sophomore year. At the BIG EAST Championships, he tallied a score of 477.55 in the 3-meter dive for a fourth-place finish. In the 1-meter dive he recorded a score of 407.40 for a fifth-place finish. He recorded a season high in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dive at Penn State. In the 1-meter he scored a 234.59 and in the 3-meter he scored a 267.37.

2016-17: Competed in seven meets during the season…Tallied a score of 434.55 in the one-meter diving event at the BIG EAST Championships for a fifth place finish…Recorded a fifth place finish in the three-meter diving event at the meet with a score of 414.00…Best meet occurred against West Virginia, where he scored a 230.92 in the one-meter dive and a 234.90 in the three-meter dive.

Mt. Lebanon High School: Three-year varsity letter winner under coach Doe Krug...Three-time WPIAL All-League honoree…Team captain his senior year…Member of National Honor Society…Earned Highest Honors on the Honor Roll.
