2018-19: As a senior Goodwin continued her success in the backstroke, nearly winning first place in the 100-back and 200-back events at all 10 meets. Goodwin recorded her season best in the 100-back at the BIG EAST Championships with her time of 54.61. Her season best in the 200-back came at the Bruno Invitational with a time of 1:58.65. For her performances in the 100-and 200-back, 200-and 400-medley relay and 400-free relay at the championships she was also named to the All-BIG EAST Team for the fourth straight year. Goodwin also finished the season ranked first in the BIG EAST in the 200-back and second in the 100-back while also receiving Female of the Week honors (1/30). She was also named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team for the third time. 

2017-18: Named the 2017-18 BIG EAST Women's Most Outstanding Swimmer for the third straight year and was named to the All-BIG EAST Team. At the Championship she competed in and earned seven first place finishes. Goodwin broke her previous record in the 200 IM at the BIG EAST Championships with a new time of 1:59.20. She was also apart of three relay teams that broke Villanova Program Records. At the conference championships, her team clocked a 3:39.17 finish in the 400-medley relay and a 3:18.51 in the 400-freestyle relay and a time of 1:30.77 in the 200-free. Goodwin set pool records multiple as a junior. At Drexel she broke the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.61 and the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:01.43. Goodwin broke a three-year old Penn pool record in the 200 back with a time of 1:59.86. She also helped the 200-free relay squad break a pool record with a time of 1:34.84. At home she set two new pool records in the 100 back (55.36) and the 200 back (2:00.56). She was also named Student Athlete of the Month, presented by Rothman Institute. 

2016-17: Named the 2016-17 BIG EAST Women’s Most Outstanding Swimmer for the second year in a row…Selected as the 2016-17 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Women’s Swimming and Diving Performer of the Year…Broke the BIG EAST and school record in the 100-yard backstroke as the first leg of the 400-yard medley relay…Won the 100-yard backstroke at the BIG EAST Championships…Set school records and won the 200-yard backstroke (1:55.02) and 200-yard IM (1:59.42) at the BIG EAST Championships… Member of the 200-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley and 400-yard medley relay teams that set school records and won gold at the BIG EAST Championships...Earned BIG EAST Female Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week honors on three occasions (Oct. 25, Dec. 6, Jan. 31)
 

2015-16: Named the Women's Most Outstanding Swimmer of the 2016 BIG EAST Championships after recording 60 individual points and three NCAA "B" cut times...Won three BIG EAST individual titles (100 Back, 200 Back and 200 freestyle) and participated in two gold medal relay races (200 free and 400 free relays)...Set new program records in the 100 and 200 back, along with the 200 IM...Named BIG EAST Swimmer of the Week three times...10/27, 11/10, 1/12...Owned program top times this season in the 50, 100, and 200 back along with the 200 IM.
