Career: One of the most experienced returners on the Villanova roster this season … Begins his senior campaign having played in 124 matches during his collegiate career … Owns records of 25-46 in singles competition and 17-36 in doubles … Has played 19 career matches in the No. 1 singles spot and 22 matches at No. 1 doubles … Has won 14 singles matches in Fall tournaments … Made an immediate impact during his freshman season in 2019-20 when he won the Flight 2 singles draw at Saint Joseph’s in addition to reaching the championship match of the White draw at the Villanova Invitational while teaming with Tyler Roth … Three-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and five-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2021-22: Tallied a record of 8-18 in singles competition and a 5-16 mark in doubles matches … Six of his singles wins came during the Fall tournament season … Tallied a second place finish in his flight at the River City Tennis Open where he defeated opponents from George Mason and Longwood … Advanced to the semifinal round of the Flight 4 singles bracket at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational … Defeated an opponent from Mary Washington in a close second round match (7-6, 7-5) before scoring a third round win over teammate Will Gatti … In dual competition in the Spring posted singles wins against players from Jefferson and Fairleigh Dickinson … He and Ryan Nguyen won two doubles matches at the Villanova Invitational to finish in sixth place in the Blue draw … Teamed with Justin Suarez for two dual wins in doubles competition.

2020-21: Played some of the team’s toughest opponents during the year as he was slotted nearly exclusively into the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles positions in the lineup … Saw action in all 20 matches Villanova played during the year … Won three of his singles matches, including at the top spot of the lineup against Lafayette and Coppin State … Each of those wins came in straight sets … Also defeated his opponent from Loyola (Md.) in straight sets in the No. 2 lineup spot … Paired with four different teammates in doubles matches and played 17 times in the top spot of the doubles lineup … His 5-12 record on the year was highlighted by wins over Coppin State, La Salle, NJIT, Millersville and Drexel … Clinched the doubles point for the Wildcats in the Drexel match when he and senior Daniel Martinez outlasted their Dragons opponents in a tiebreaker and posted a 7-6 (6) victory … He and Martinez were 3-4 in their doubles matches together … Won one doubles match apiece when paired with Justin Suarez and Eitan Khromchenko.

2019-20: Tied for the team lead with 14 victories in singles play as a freshman … Went 14-11 in singles competition and was 7-8 in doubles … His strong record in singles included a 6-4 record in dual matches … Posted victories in straight sets against Lehigh and UC Riverside, each time winning a tiebreaker in the second set to close out the match … Also had wins against Delaware, Connecticut, and UC San Diego … Had a 6-3 record at No. 5 singles and an 0-1 mark in the No. 3 spot … Had an 8-7 singles record during the fall tournaments … Won the Flight 2 bracket at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational with four straight victories … Won his opening match against an opponent from Howard at the ITA Atlantic Regional before falling in three sets to a Richmond opponent in the round of 128 … He and Tyler Roth teamed up to reach the championship round of the White draw at the Villanova Invitational in doubles action … The pair also won two of their three matches at the Brown Invite … In his only dual match in doubles play, teamed with Matthew Jones for a 6-1 win at the No. 2 position against Coppin State.
