Storrs, Conn. --- The Villanova men's tennis team fell to the University of Connecticut this weekend, 1-6, in their final match of the 2000-01 season. The Wildcats concludes the season finishing 8-9 overall and 0-4 in Big East conference play.

Recording the lone victory of the match for the `Cats was sophomore Brad Adams (Bloomfield Hlls, Mich./ Bloomfield Hills). At first singles Adams defeated the Huskies Mike Furman 3-6, 6-2 and 14-12.
