The Wildcats traveled to Easton, Penn. this afternoon looking to improve their win streak to four and they did just that. In a 4-3 decision, 'Nova defeated the Lafayette College Leopards while moving their overall record up to 10-5.

Villanova's Robert Waibel pulled out a 7-5, 7-6 (7-2) win at first singles to help the 'Cats defeat Lafayette in the victory. The Wildcats' Josh Scholfield and A.J. Rohde collected wins at third and sixth singles respectively.

On the doubles side, Schofield combined with Ramon Prats the number two doubles spot to overcome the Leopards H'Cone Thompson and Dan Seward by a match score of 9-7. Also posting a win for Villanova was the third doubles pairing of Ryan Devine and A.J. Rohde as they defeated Colin Feehan and Ryan Collins of Lafayette 8-4.

The Wildcats return to action Saturday, April 8 when they play host to Boston College at 11:00 a.m.
